When using our online services, you must provide us with personal information which will allows us to verify your identity and therefore to ensure the confidentiality of your information. To access your account, you must provide us with your licence’s number and your personal identification number (PIN).
It is your responsibility to preserve the confidentiality of your PIN. Do not divulge it to anyone, as the privileges linked to it belong to you alone.

Our site contains links to certain other agencies of the Quebec Government and a few other private sources. Hyperlinks to other sites are offered for your convenience.

The BSP makes every possible effort to ensure that the information on its website is accurate, complete, and up to date. However, the BSP reminds users that the official versions of statutes, regulations and other official documents take precedence over the website. And the visitors should refer to it if needed.
